Plaza Premium Lounge has announced its first venture in Europe at London Heathrow’s soon to open Terminal 2.

The £2.5 billion Queen’s Terminal will take its first passengers on Wednesday June 4, and the independent lounge will be accessible to all terminal travellers once it opens.

Designed to enhance the airport experience for travellers, regardless of the choice of airline or class of travel – it will cost £38 (€45) per person for a two hour stay.

Facilities will include five luxury shower rooms, five private en-suite relaxation rooms, a Wellness Spa with a treatment menu by British organic spa brand ILA, a champagne bar, and a selection of food, drinks, tapas and freshly baked artisan breads.

Business facilities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a selection of international newspapers and magazines, televisions and full flight information are also offered.

The lounge has a strong focus on service, and in keeping with the new terminal’s values, the interior design by Kinney Chan of KCA Associates and brand partnerships have a nod to British heritage.

Song Hoi-see, founder and CEO, Plaza Premium Lounge Management Limited explains: “With our extensive experience in designing, managing and operating airport lounges around the world, our goal is to make every journey better for travellers.
