The session, titled Next-gen aviation: The technologies and leaders paving the way, will take place on Wednesday, 29 May from 12:30-13:30 in the Chicago Suite, A-Halls, at the Hamburg Messe.

Being held on the second day of AIX – the world’s leading marketplace for airlines and supply chain to meet – the panel will bring together three prominent female leaders:

  • Helga Huld Bjarnadóttir, Director Product and Service Management at Icelandair
  • Michelle Munoz-Talcott, Senior Director, Marketing, Global Enterprise & Mobility at Viasat

Attendees will be able to hear Julieta, Helga and Michelle explore a number of current issues in the boardroom, the challenges faced by the industry, and the pivotal technologies set to transform aviation’s future.

Attendees will enjoy a buffet lunch and valuable networking opportunities with aviation professionals. The event is open to all AIX badge holders, but attendees need to register in advance. Please find link to register here.

Polly Magraw, Event Director of AIX, said: “We’re thrilled to facilitate a conversation with these remarkable leaders. By bringing together diverse perspectives, we can accelerate progress and shape a better future for aviation and the aircraft interiors sector. This event is about showcasing the powerful contributions women are making at the highest levels of the industry. We hope it inspires the next generation of leaders to continue to aim high.”
