The 2nd Aviation Emergency Rescue Annual Conference

In recent years, the construction of China’s emergency response system has been increasingly valued by the Party Central Committee, The State Council and local governments at all levels, and China’s aviation emergency rescue has ushered in a rapid development opportunity. The construction of aviation emergency rescue system is a complex and huge system project. China is vigorously promoting the construction of the aviation emergency rescue system based on the needs of the task of “all kinds of disasters and great emergencies”. The aviation emergency rescue force has been significantly enhanced, the linkage mechanism has been continuously improved, the support conditions have gradually improved, and the rescue results have become more and more remarkable. China has basically formed an aviation emergency rescue system combining the national aviation force and the civil aviation force. In addition, with the continuous opening of China’s low-altitude airspace and the rapid growth of the general aviation industry, the development of aviation emergency rescue industry has been a vigorous scene, as of the end of 2023, China’s general aviation enterprises reached 689, registered general aircraft 3173, general airport 451. It basically has the prerequisite for building aviation emergency rescue network system. It is estimated that the scale of China’s low-altitude economy will exceed 500 billion yuan in 2023 and is expected to reach 2 trillion yuan in 2030. The acceleration of low-altitude construction will strongly push the high-quality development of the aviation rescue system.

On the other hand, China is a major disaster country, with earthquakes, floods, hailstorms and other geological disasters as the main natural disasters, and extreme situations such as “three faults” are prone to occur. Aviation rescue equipment is a key area in the construction of emergency rescue forces, and drones, as a supplementary force of a new generation of rescue equipment, ensure the scientific and orderly rescue work. The aviation emergency rescue team with helicopters and drones as the main carrier is playing an important role in the rescue work, it is expected that by 2025, China’s aviation emergency rescue machine market is expected to reach 30 billion yuan industrial scale.
