DSG Systems AS is a subsidiary company of Bertel O Steen, who is one of the most established and respected companies in Norway . Bertel O. Steen has since its founding in 1901 , built up a reputation as an importer of various commodities and products. With an emphasis on vehicles , the company has been the main importer and distributor of Mercedes Benz cars in Norway since 1929.

Today , more than a century later, the business has grown to include other vehicles , Peugeot and Kia . Bertel O. Steen also comprises other divisions , including industrial division, who is a major supplier to the Norwegian defense and airport industry and other stakeholders .

The company is a leading supplier to the Norwegian airports , including Oslo Airport Gardermoen. DSG Systems specifies , supplies and installs systems and serve our customers throughout the product life cycle . DSG Systems provides detection products from Smiths Detection and CEIA , and has extensive experience since 1995 in the supply of this type of detection products.

BRAINS
In addition to video surveillance and detection systems at airports , are also DSG systems supplying control systems for baggage handling and sorting mail . DSG Systems has its own project and development team for customized automation solutions . DSG Systems supplies including well-known BRAINS solutions for baggage handling, the solutions are delivered to airports throughout Europe .

Self-service bag drop
DSG Systems delivers Self – service bag drop systems for airports both in the Scandinavian, but also throughout the rest of the world. Our Self- service bag drop solutions can be combined into a one – and two – steps solution. Together with the newest hardware and the latest software , this system is designed with the goal of easy integration and interaction towards both airports and passengers. Check-in statistics and SBD status information are provided in realtime, giving operators an accurate over view of the check-in process.
